What is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?


Fatigue and apathy after a long working day is a normal and natural phenomenon. To get back to work full of zap, a healthy person needs to have a good sleep or just to live up to the weekend to have one. But if even a good rest does not help you to restore energy, it's time to make an appointment with your doctor.


Why am I always tired?

The syndrome of chronic fatigue is a disease characterized by prolonged fatigue, which is not eliminated after a long rest. Herbal Remedies for fatigue


  • To a 3-liter glass jar pour 1 kg of washed inshell nuts, fill them with 1 kg of granulated sugar, pour 1 liter of vodka, insist in a dark warm place, periodically shaking for 3 days. Then merge the resulting brownish-red liquid. Mix the nuts with 1 liter of vodka 2 times again and strain. Insist for another 3 days, like the first time. Mix all 3 extracts, pour the balm into dark glass bottles and store in a dark place. Drink 3 times a day 1 tablespoon each time, before meals for 3 weeks.

  • Pour 10 g of dry crushed leaves of bearberry into a glass of boiling water, boil in a water bath for 5 minutes, insist 30 minutes and strain. Drink 1 tablespoon 5-6 times a day for 30 minutes before meals for 2-3 weeks.

  • Drink 1 glass of apple juice daily.

  • Grind 400 g of garlic in gruel, mix it with lemon juice and stir. Use gauze as a lid to close the jar with the mixture. Stir before taking the shake. Take 3 times daily before meals for 1 teaspoon, previously diluting in 1 cup of boiled water. After 1-2 weeks, drowsiness disappears, overall well-being improves, physical working capacity increases.

  • Grind 5 heads of medium-sized garlic, pour 0.5 liters of vodka, insist for 1 week in a dark warm place. Take 1/2 teaspoon of tincture 3 times a day. Tincture perfectly cleanses the body of toxins, which are often the main culprit of constant fatigue.
